Ninehundred Communications provided a tailored solution by integrating a new VoIP phone system that supports multi-vendor handsets. This system expanded their capacity to three lines, enhancing call management efficiency. Additionally, a Cellular Gateway was introduced to route all desk phone calls to mobile phones, reducing overall call costs. To address the noise-related issues in the garage, a bell announcement system was installed, ensuring that important calls were never missed. The new phone system also incorporated 74 short dials for seamless, one-touch dialling to key customers and suppliers.
