Sustainably Empowering Linbrooke

Discover how Ninehundred Communications designed and delivered a turnkey setup for Linbrooke's southern regional office.

Welfare The Challenge

Linbrooke, renowned for delivering critical solutions in telecoms, power, and signaling, required a quick deployment of a southern regional office to support major project works between London St. Pancras and Bedford. The solution needed to accommodate over 20 people, fit within a dedicated space, and prioritize environmental sustainability while offering advanced technology.

Our Solution

Linbrooke appointed Ninehundred to design, deploy, and manage an eight-module building setup tailored to their needs. The solution included office space for 20+ people, a meeting room, toilets, showers, a dry room, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Within three days, the modules were positioned and installed, ensuring seamless integration into the site while leaving space for additional storage and car parking. Services such as water deliveries and effluent collections are managed by the Ninehundred team, ensuring an efficient, hassle-free experience.

Sustainability was a priority. Ninehundred deployed two Solar Powered 900ECO CCTV Towers to secure the site using environmentally friendly technology. In addition, the innovative Ninehundred Stair Safe Solution powered walkways and car park access lighting with solar energy, ensuring safe and eco-friendly site operations.

How We Helped

The bespoke solution delivered by Ninehundred provided Linbrooke with a well-furnished and environmentally sustainable office space. The solar-powered security and lighting systems ensured operational efficiency while reducing environmental impact. With the rapid deployment and custom design, the site has become an efficient base for Linbrooke’s southern project team.

In 2023, Linbrooke needed to expand their existing site to accommodate growing project demands. Ninehundred Communications collaborated with them once again to double the size of their modular cabins while maintaining the continuity of the original designs. This expansion provided additional office space, meeting rooms, and facilities, ensuring the site could support their increased operational requirements without compromising on functionality or aesthetic appeal.
