Rapid Response Emergency Trauma Kits

Essential medical support for remote sites where every second counts. Fast, portable, and designed for anyone to use.

Rapid Response Award-Winning Emergency First Aid Backpack

The 900Hybrid Trauma Kit Backpack is an MPA award-winning emergency response solution, designed for construction sites, rail, quarries, and other remote worksites where every second counts.

Lightweight, portable, and highly visible, it combines a semi-automatic defibrillator with six modular first aid sections – Cuts & Grazes, Burns, Trauma, Eye, Dressings & Bandages, and a RapidStop Tourniquet. Clear audio and visual prompts guide any user through life-saving treatment, making it suitable for staff with minimal first aid training. Immediate access to medical support eliminates delays caused by travelling to a central first aid station.

Guidance Defibrillator & Life-Saving Guidance

The kit integrates HeartSine® Samaritan® 350P, 360P, or 500P defibrillators, which provide step-by-step CPR guidance and semi-automatic shock delivery. Each defibrillator is compact, robust, and suitable for remote and high-risk environments, ensuring rapid intervention during cardiac emergencies.

The modular layout of the backpack allows responders to treat everything from sudden cardiac arrest to major trauma, all in a single, portable solution. With its highly visible design and clear guidance features, the backpack makes it easier for any worker on site to act confidently, significantly improving the chances of survival in the critical first minutes of an incident.

“Without chest compressions or the use of a defibrillator, the chance of survival decreases by 10 per cent every passing minute.” St John Ambulance

Tested Development & Field Testing

The original concept started with a Peli hard case housing a full trauma kit, designed to reduce the time taken to access defibrillators on-site. Feedback from staff and testing on remote worksites led to the development of the portable backpack version.

This allowed easy transport alongside other equipment while keeping all modules organised and accessible. Our team collaborated with manufacturers, site managers, and staff to refine the design, ensuring it met real-world demands and maximised emergency response efficiency. Training videos and live demonstrations accompany every kit, making it simple for any user to act confidently during a cardiac or trauma emergency.
