Designed for mobility, speed, and reliability, this Portable Trauma Kit ensures professional medical equipment can be deployed instantly in high-pressure environments. Lightweight, ergonomic, and engineered for emergency response teams, this kit delivers everything needed for stabilisation, treatment, and critical intervention, all in a compact, backpack-ready format.
Unlike traditional trauma kits that are bulky or fixed in one location, this rucksack-based system is designed for absolute mobility. Its lightweight frame, cushioned straps, and balanced weight distribution allow first responders to reach the scene quickly, whether navigating crowds, large sites, or remote landscapes.
The modular interior ensures medical supplies are easy to locate and deploy, reducing on-scene delays and enabling fast, effective first aid when every second matters.
Its internal modular layout includes:
• Trauma Module – dressings, trauma pads, wound closures
• Burns Module – burn gels, dressings, cooling treatments
• Airway Module – airways, face shields, CPR aides
• Bleeding Control Module – tourniquets, haemostatic dressings, pressure bandages
• Resuscitation Module – CPR equipment, pocket masks
• Diagnostics Module – gloves, eye wash, basic monitoring tools
Each module is colour-coded and clearly labelled for fast identification during critical incidents. The heavy-duty backpack design provides hands-free transport, with reinforced straps and breathable padding for comfort over long distances.
Traditional defibrillators are often stored in offices, depots or buildings far from where work is taking place. In an emergency, this can add several dangerous minutes to response time. This backpack eliminates that delay entirely. High-visibility, compact, and easy to carry, it ensures vital equipment is always at the point of work, not left behind in a vehicle.
To support workers with little or no first aid training, the backpack includes a compatible semi-automatic defibrillator that provides clear voice prompts, CPR coaching and visual guidance, enabling anyone to deliver effective CPR and defibrillation instantly.

Built-in confidence
The Samaritan® PAD 500P uses an Impedance Cardiogram (ICG) to assess the effectiveness of the CPR and give the rescuer feedback on compressions.
Advanced Technology
Utilising proprietary electrode technology, advanced and stable firmware, and proprietary SCOPE &tm; Biphasic Technology, the 500P assesses rhythm and recommends defibrillation if ready.
