We are proud to have won Customer Service of the Year 2025 at the Doncaster Business Awards. This recognition is a real testament to the dedication, professionalism and unwavering commitment shown across Ninehundred, but especially within our Customer Service team who are at the heart of our day-to-day operations.

Their ability to respond quickly, solve problems, communicate clearly and keep our customers supported is what sets us apart. We had a fantastic night celebrating this achievement with the very team who made it happen, and it was a privilege to recognise their contributions in such a special setting.

The Doncaster Chamber highlighted that ‘Ninehundred impressed the judges with a level of customer care that goes far beyond a single team, it’s woven into the company’s DNA.’ This is exactly what we pride ourselves on. At Ninehundred, we work as a unit, supporting each other daily to ensure every interaction is seamless and every customer feels valued.

If there is one thing that makes me keep coming back to Ninehundred Communications Group is Ursula Russell when looking at what our site need regarding criteria Ursula always points me in the right direction not only doe’s Ursula give me the best advice for radios we also have a good chat and laugh and I think that is what is missing now days with companies.
