Our Service Department get things done for our customers
Ensuring we meet your requirements both prior to and after the supply of our products, they schedule and arrange work with customers and liaise with Account Managers, the Workshop and Installation Teams.
They also provide help with managing equipment, licences, returns, replacements and more.
Utilising work management systems, scheduling software and tracking systems they can quickly provide the status of repairs or provide up to date information on the availability or whereabouts of our Service and Installation Engineers.

In-house Service and Repair
Working within a purpose designed modern workshop environment our Engineers have the right tools and experience to carry out work within industry guidelines and best practice as well as our IS09001 accredited Quality Management System.
With Engineering Project Co-ordinators overseeing larger, complex solutions, our engineering team work on tasks from the smallest such as a faulty speaker repair to the design, build, programming and testing of complex, multi-site systems and infrastructure.
A large proportion of our workshop activity is two way radio service and repair on equipment from the leading brands. This includes licence free, licenced, analogue and digital equipment. We also process ATEX radio repairs. Other services include radio programming and battery management.

In busy work environments, with different shifts and managers it is easy to issue a replacement item and forget to arrange a repair or replenish stock. The one in the cupboard easily becomes two and before you know it you have a problem, usually at the worst possible time!
Our Field Engineers carry out Health Checks, Site Audits and Site Surveys. These checks help you reduce the potential cost of deteriorating equipment condition or it's performance. Audits help identify condition, quantities and allocation issues. Site Surveys identify poor coverage, particularly important on sites undergoing gradual topographical change.
