Our customers range from an individual with a mobile phone to organisations operating hundreds of two way radios with complex infrastructure and applications. Our customers are based in both the public and private sectors and across every operating environment where there is a need for communications or security systems.
All our customers have something in common - they have someone to talk to or to contact when they need advice, help or support. As soon as we receive an enquiry for our products or services, one of our Account Managers takes ownership.
Our Account Managers are experienced in what they do, having a good understanding of the products and services they promote as well as the support of our internal teams to deliver service that meets the needs and expectations of our customers.
Field based, our Account Managers actively engage with with customers to ensure the products and services are appropriate and meet expectations. Our Account Managers and have their own customer care representative who get involved with day to day running of accounts and are always happy to assist with any queries that arise.
As a minimum, our customers can expect:
- A polite and professional service
- Sound advice to allow for well informed choices
- Products and services as specified
- Aftercare service where required
In keeping with many other aspects of what we do, we offer a flexible approach to account management and in many cases, particularly with larger accounts, we provide bespoke account management tools.
