Service Status: COVID-19
Having reviewed our Company Business Continuity Plan, Ninehundred Communications Group Ltd continue to closely monitor the status of the ongoing coronavirus outbreak in the UK, Government advice and the potential adverse impact this could have on our business and the service we deliver to our customers.
The health and well-being of our employees, customers and supply chain is our top priority.
As the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic continue, as Government advice is amended we have, and continue to put into place measures that will help us minimise the disruption to our services.
Currently, we continue to provide our range of products and services. In light of the latest restrictions we will continue to support meetings via telephone and video conferencing to minimise travel and physical contact.
It should be noted that in line with Government advice, some our staff continue to work at home and we are operating with a reduction in staff at our main office in Doncaster, utilising a sufficient number of our people to maintain our services. To enhance the safety of our staff and customers, our staff are being tested twice weekly for Covid-19. You can be assured though of our very best efforts to provide service in-line with your expectations.
With some of our team still working in different places we ask for your patience where your enquiries might involve several of our team.
For existing customers or ongoing sales enquiries, our Account Managers are available on their usual mobile number or via email.
All our email addresses are being monitored and we are still handling calls.
Thank you for your continued support and we wish you all well.
