Service Status: COVID-19

Having reviewed our Company Business Continuity Plan, Ninehundred Communications Group Ltd continue to closely monitor the status of the coronavirus outbreak in the UK, Government advice and the potential adverse impact this could have on our business and the service we deliver to our customers.

The health and well-being of our employees, customers and supply chain is our top priority.

As the spread of COVID-19 continues, further restrictions come into force and as Government advice is amended we have, and continue to put into place measures that will help us minimise the disruption to our services.

Currently, we continue to provide our range of products and services. In light of the latest restrictions we will endeavour to support meetings via telephone and video conferencing to minimise travel and physical contact.

It should be noted that in line with Government advice, as many as possible of our staff are working at home and we are operating with a significant reduction in staff at our main office in Doncaster, utilising a sufficient number of our people to maintain our services.

You can be assured though of our very best efforts to provide service in-line with your expectations.

The current situation across the country means we are all facing new challenges that are changing at a pace that is difficult to anticipate. With our staff now in different places we ask for your patience where your enquiries might involve several of our team.

Our office based Accounts, Customer Care, Service, Repairs and Installations teams are working at a reduced staffing level to comply with current advice on social distancing and essential travel guidelines though we will monitor those levels to help us minimise any disruption where Government advice allows us.
