Service Status: COVID-19

Here at the Ninehundred Communications Group Ltd we are very pleased to say that we have not only survived the first 15 months of the Covid-19 virus but have traded well and, with our Key Worker status, have managed to serve our customer base well whilst ensuring at all times the health and well-being of our employees, customers and supply chain have been, and still are, our top priority.

Currently, 22nd July 2021, we continue to provide our range of products and services to our existing and expanding customer base but are acutely aware that although the Government have declared an end to most restrictions, we will, for a while longer, in the face of rising infection rates, maintain our high level of awareness and be vigilant of social distancing.

All of our staff are now back in the office, but we are using a lot more video conferencing technology to support meetings, therefore maintaining social distancing and keeping travel between areas to a minimum.

Our buildings are open to visitors, but everyone must still have their temperature read on arrival, apply hand sanitiser and wear a mask whilst moving around, helping to ensure the safety of our staff and customers alike. Our staff are still self-testing twice weekly with the Government provided lateral flow kits and are abiding by the Government ping isolation rules.

We are experiencing some stock shortage problems but are generally managing the situation well. Please contact our Customer Service team with any queries and our Account Managers are available on their usual mobile number or via email.
