Sales Admin Support

Ninehundred Communications Group, an established Doncaster based company specialise in bespoke communication products for key sectors across the UK. Providing a wide range of products and services to help protect people and other assets.

We are looking for a highly motivated, flexible individuals who can take on the company’s ethos and assist us in supporting one of our Radio Account Managers.

The Role:

  • Offering outstanding Customer Service to all customers; external and internal
  • Issuing Customers with quotations, confirming all details are correct and in a timely manner
  • Following up quotations as agreed with Account Managers
  • Process incoming telephone/email orders accurately
  • Building strong relationships with allocated Customers
  • Liaising with the Operations Team to ensure orders will be fulfilled on time and in full
  • Communicating the delivery status of orders to allocated Customers, where necessary
  • Managing Customer delivery expectations, to ensure a positive outcome for both Parties
  • Monitoring and updating the CRM system
  • Setting up new accounts

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience within a sales administration/customer service position
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Great eye for detail
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Customer focused – ability to develop and maintain exceptional customer relationships
  • Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
  • Capability to work independently and prioritise workload
  • Willingness to learn about new products
  • Confident IT user - Including Microsoft Teams packages and Excel

Full training will be given on all our internal in house systems along with product knowledge.

Package

Permanent Full Time position located in Doncaster

Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm with an hour for lunch

Salary: £21,000 + depending on experience
