Operations Assistant
The Ninehundred Communications Group is a successful communications company based in Doncaster, that have been trading for over 43 years and are looking for an experienced Operations Assistant.
As an Operations Assistant you will be responsible for always delivering a fantastic level of service to our customers; polite, clear with a welcoming telephone manner are an essential part of the job role.
Working as part of our team in the busy Operations Department you will respond to customer’s enquiries via telephone and email taking ownership of all problems and queries and will strive to quickly resolve them.
The Role:
- Processing orders and customer repairs using our in-house system,
- Arranging UK wide service and installation appointments for our engineers
- Dealing with enquiries in a pleasant and helpful manner, communicating relevant information to other departments, referring to others as appropriate
- Support other departments with queries and taking ownership to resolve in a timely manner.
- Accurate record keeping with attention to detail
- Working to time deadlines
The Candidate:
- Have effective communication skills – take personal responsibility for providing outstanding customer service
- Experience within an administration/customer service role
- Ability to interact confidently at all levels to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
- Confident IT user - Including Microsoft Teams packages and Excel
Package:
Permanent Full Time position located in Doncaster
Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm with an hour for lunch
Salary: £21,000 + depending on experience
