Tenders, Compliance and Accreditations Co-ordinator

The Ninehundred Communications Group is a successful communications company based in Doncaster, that have been trading for over 45 years and are looking for an experienced Compliance and Accreditations Coordinator

You will be responsible for working closely with our technical specialists to fully understand our customers’ requirements; lead and manage the bid from beginning to end; and develop and submit proposals in a tailored and structured way in accordance with required timescales and company processes.

Key Duties:

  • Creating submissions to adequately answer the questions and sourcing information to address omissions.
  • Using online tendering portals.
  • Responding to requests for information from suppliers and subcontractors in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensure all necessary subcontractor/ supplier documentation is collected and maintained in accordance with requirements.
  • Preparing for internal and external audits, collating information from a range of sources within agreed deadlines and maintain effective records of audit results, recommendations for remedial action and follow up as required.

The Candidate:

  • Have experience of working in a proposal / bid environment and in preparing proposal and bid documents.
  • Have experience of working with internal and external customers and meeting their expectations.
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent written, verbal and numerical skills.
  • Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage own workload in the deadline driven nature of the role.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be proficient in using IT – in particular MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat.
  • Be a team player with a positive can-do attitude who is willing to adapt to the changing priorities of the business.
  • Respect the importance of confidentiality

The Package:

  • Permanent, full-time position – 8.30 – 5 pm Monday to Friday
  • Salary £25,000 DOE 
  • 20 days’ holiday + stats rising to 25 days (pro rata)
