TRBOnet is a feature-rich and robust control room solution designed for and to work with MOTOTRBO™ two way radio systems of any size and complexity. This popular and proven software was first launched in 2008, and has become one of the world's leading dispatch systems.
TRBOnet Enterprise and TRBOnet PLUS, a Motorola Solutions sold and supported product share much of the functionality and features of TRBOnet but there are some system dependent differences. It is therefore important that we understand the setup of your existing or proposed MOTOTRBO™ system as this will influence which version of TRBOnet offers the right solution.

Real Client Server Architecture
The Client Server software is very flexible and allows you to create many types of networks, starting from single server centralized systems to decentralized networks with multiple servers providing redundancy.
Flexible System Design
TRBOnet allows you to choose between wireline, wireless or mixed modes to connect it to your MOTOTRBO™ Radio System. You can also direct an IP interface into the radio network or use dedicated control radios for voice and data.

TRBOnet PLUS is a Premium Control Room Product from Motorola Solutions and developed by Neocom Software for MOTOTRBO™ two way radio systems. TRBOnet PLUS has been tested in Motorola’s engineering labs to ensure the highest quality performance and seamless integration with the MOTOTRBO™ system.

Utilising the wireline network interface, dispatchers can now communicate directly over IP to the system without having to go through control stations. This makes liaising with radios and talkgroups so much quicker, easier and more effective – essential when dealing with emergencies or reassigning workers to maximise productivity.
Flexible System Set Up
TRBOnet PLUS provides integrated fully-featured dispatch control over single and multi-site or multi-channel systems. It supports voice communication and data operations for conventional single site repeater, IP Site Connect, Capacity Plus, Linked Capacity Plus and Connect Plus systems by direct wireline interface with the MOTOTRBO™ network.
Simple Architecture
At the heart of this MOTOTRBO™ Control Room Solution is the enhanced wireline network interface. This simplified architecture establishes a direct connection between the control room solution and system. With no additional hardware required, system stability, security and reliability are improved for more effective dispatching, monitoring and records management.

ZONITH ALARM CONTROL SYSTEM
A RELIABLE SOLUTION HANDLING TECHNICAL, FIRE, PANIC AND STAFF SAFETY ALARMS
The Alarm Control System operates automatically 24x7 and is able to monitor any technical, fire, panic or staff safety alarm.
Within seconds of the alarm being raised, the right person or group is notified based on time of day and the competency necessary to respond to the alarm. Should the alarm remain unanswered, the ACS will automatically escalate to the next appropriate MOTOTRBO™ user.
Alarm Inputs:
The Alarm Control System is able to monitor the majority of alarm sources via it’s standardised interfaces. It is scalable and can handle small systems with a few critical alarms to large installations with thousands of alarms from many sources.
- The ACS has standard interfaces for the majority of technical protocols.
- The Intuitive user interface guides the user to set-up and monitor inputs, including alarms from SMTP email, radios, serial / ASCII connections, OPC & SNMP, WiFi or a variety of other devices/protocols.
- Multiple alarm inputs can be monitored at the same time.
ALARM FILTERING, SCHEDULING, ESCALATION AND REPORTING
- The ACS is accessible from any networked web browser.
- ACS pairs each alarm notification with the right individual based on their competence, location and schedule.
- The closed loop system ensures alarms are acknowledged, resolved and closed. Should an individual decline or fail to respond to an alarm, ACS escalates the alarm to the next available person(s).
- ACS’s rich reporting features allow administrators to track how long it takes employees to respond, accept and close alarms.
Fire Alarm Monitoring
- Detailed fire alarm information is sent to handheld devices and PC’s, complete with room, sensor and alarm type for immediate response.
- First responders can acknowledge the alarm via their MOTOTRBO™ device, saving time and money by avoiding the emergency response from the fire brigade for false alarms. Hotels and restaurants using ACS are not evacuated unnecessarily.
- Assuming the fire is real, doors, gates and other access routes to the facility can automatically be opened for the fire brigade to enter quickly.
AUTOMATION SYSTEM ALARM MONITORING
- Interfaces to automation systems (e.g. SCADA and PLC) via generally accepted industry standard interfaces. High level OPC as well as lowlevel RS232 interfaces are available.
- Alarms from the automation systems are inspected for their criticality and type. Process alarms are sent to chemical process engineers, whilst maintenance alarms are passed on to the technician on duty.
- Pre-warning alarms can be passed on to the operators on their MOTOTRBO™ device while in the plant and thereby prevent the plant from malfunctioning and production to be lost.
BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM MONITORING
From data hosting centers to hotels, in-house technical installations must be functioning at all times. Alarms monitored from Building Management Systems (BMS) include:
- High or low temperature alarms
- ventilation or air conditioning malfunctioning
- water leakages
- elevator alarms
Once raised, they are sent directly to the technician on duty on their
MOTOTRBO™ device, whether on or off site.
SECURITY ALARM MONITORING
ACS can pick up movement alarms from CCTV cameras during the night and pass on the alarm to the guards on patrol. The guard will then be notified about potential security risks even while away from the control room.
Assets, such as paintings at museums or projectors in meeting rooms, can be monitored and if they are removed the guard will immediately receive the alarm on their MOTOTRBO™ radio including information about the location of the asset.
Panic Alarms from a security guard in distress are passed on to colleagues.
