Customer Service
Ninehundred Communications have considerable experience in the management of contracts in both the public and private sector.
We have a dedicated Tender Co-ordinator who works with our Account Managers to develop or comply with comprehensive Contract Management terms as defined in pre-contract documents.
We operate our own electronic customer management system that has been designed to provide a comprehensive contract management service from initial contact, through contract commencement, contact duration and beyond.
