Ninehundred Communications have considerable experience in the management of contracts in both the public and private sector.

We have a dedicated Tender Co-ordinator who works with our Account Managers to develop or comply with comprehensive Contract Management terms as defined in pre-contract documents.

We operate our own electronic customer management system that has been designed to provide a comprehensive contract management service from initial contact, through contract commencement, contract duration and beyond.

Our systems manage contacts, equipment, contract activity, purchases, replacements, servicing, repairs, billing and more.  

With a full audit trail of all contract activity we can provide a range of reporting functionality such as electronically, hard copy, face to face and via video conferencing.

All contracts have a dedicated Contract Manager who liaises with colleagues to ensure internal contract compliance.
