Push To Alert

The Push To Alert (PTA) service provides your field workers with a powerful tool to raise an
alert where they require urgent assistance.

At the push of a dedicated button on the BB3G handset, designed to avoid "accidental" alerts, an alarm will be raised at one or a number of Laptops / PC's of your choice. The handset will get a visual acknowledgement that the alert has been taken at the office / control room. With Push To Talk enabled as standard, the office will be able to instantly call the handset to investigate the alert and advise on a course of action. The handset raising the alert will get visual confirmation when the alert is acknowledged by the office / control room and when the alert has been ended. The alert can only be cleared by the Push To Alert Software - stage by stage so a full audit trail is available.

Look closer at alerts

The simple coloured flag system provides reassurance to the handset user:

Red flag - alert raised, Yellow flag - alert being handled, Flags disappear - alert closed down

Combined with Push To Locate (PTL) you gain the ability to identify the location of the alert.
The mapping can be zoomed to street level
